  4. Shipping: Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. Please allow up to 7 days for processing and delivery. We aim to deliver all items in perfect condition but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  5. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us for further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS: 

At ECKLE SKINCARE LIMITED, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund on unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your items. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details, and we will provide instructions on how to return the products.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
